Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

At AVNI Appliances, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms under which products can be returned, replaced or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories, manuals and warranty cards.
  • Original invoice / proof of purchase is mandatory.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
  • Items with broken seals or used spare parts.
  • Customised or bulk dealer orders.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video. We will arrange free replacement or repair under warranty terms.

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Warranty Claims

All AVNI products come with a manufacturer warranty (typically 1-3 years depending on product). For warranty claims, please contact your nearest authorised dealer or our service team.

6. How to Initiate a Return

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
